Personal data such as, but not limited to Name and e-mail i.d, details of the student to be enrolled, i.e their name, age, weight, heights, address, details of the parents, school the student studies at, previous sports played, information regarding their allergies and ailments, understanding special needs and any additional information the institute may feel is necessary for providing the student the best coaching;
